I don't know if any of you (my followers?) know what BJDs are, but...
I'm getting one!
maybe.
possibly.
waiting for the email back tomorrow from the company.
He's a limited edition, and only 100 have been made. And he's really, really pretty, as you can see.
I'm very excited and I hope that he's still in stock. We're going to do it with a four month layaway to be able to pay for him (because he probably costs more than a new television, but I don't know how much televisions cost nowadays).
So, I'm really excited!
Basically, a BJD is a very, very poseable doll. BJD stands for 'ball jointed doll', I think, because the dolls have ball joints where we, as humans, have joints. Basically, to me, they're the best things ever. I've wanted one for probably a year and a half, but then I saw him on eBay, then I went to the site, and I fell in love with him and asked my parents and, oddly enough, they said yes to buying him. And! As a plus, these specific dolls are made in the USA. Also, he is 62cm, which translates to really very big.
So, bully for me, I guess.
Is it too early to add a BJD tag?
yeah, i think it is.

3 shout outs:
I. AM. SO. JELLY.
Countless times I have almost -almost- ordered a volks super dollfie but then realized I do not have near enough money to pay for the one I want...
What size is he? 23 in.?
OMG! Lucky ducky! I have posted about bjd's many times on my blog, but.....not even close to getting one. He's very nice looking. And he doesn't look too much like a girl either. :)
Aaa! Lucky you!
I want a BJD. :( but they're waaayy too expensive.
Good to finally hear from you again, now that I've started re-checking blogger! I was beginning to miss your posts. XD
